We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless damaged/ faulty upon receipt) or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges as part of returns policy. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

How to Return:

If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.

Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return of goods form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. A from was included in your delivery but if you need to reprint you can access it here.

Balance crop long sleeve black

I absolutely love all pieces from aurela. The quality is so lovely. This top is beautiful. It is cropped but not too short. I really like the length it just meets the top of the leggings so only leaving a little skin showing, which is just nice. They wash so well also. Highly recommended. ♡
